DaBaby Bio
DaBaby is an American rapper and songwriter. He rose to prominence in 2019 after releasing several mixtapes between 2014 and 2018. He’s widely known for his debut studio album, “Baby on Baby,” released in March of 2019 via Interscope records which debuted at number 25 on the Billboard 200. His song, “Suge” debuted at number 87 on the Billboard Hot 100 in April 2019 and later reached the top 10.
DaBaby released his second album, “Kirk,” on September 27, 2019. The album debuted on the top slot on the Billboard 200 chart. The album’s lead single, “Intro,” peaked at number 13 on the Billboard Hot 100. In 2019, DaBaby was also featured on several singles with popular artists including Post Malone, Lizzo, YG, and Lil Nas X.
DaBaby’s third studio album, “Blame it On Baby,” was released on April 17, 2020, and debuted at the top of the Billboard 200. The lead single, “Rockstar,” spent seven weeks (non-consecutive) at number one on the Billboard Hot 100. The same year, DaBaby was featured on Jack Harlow’s “What’s Poppin? (Remix)” which hit number two on the Hott 100. He was also featured on Pop Smoke’s “For the Night” which debuted at number six on the Hot 100.
In 2021, DaBaby released four singles: “Masterpiece,” “Ball If I Want To,” “Red Light Green Light,” and “Giving What It’s Supposed To Give.” He also released a remix with a music video to SpotemGottem’s “Beat Box.”
