From Snoop Dogg to Snoop Lion to DJ Snoopadelic
Snoop Dogg is an American singer, rapper, songwriter, producer, entrepreneur, and actor. He first burst onto the music scene in 1992 when he appeared on Dr. Dre’s solo debut and album, The Chronic. His first album, Doggystyle, debuted at number one on the Billboard 200 and the Billboard Top R & B/Hip-Hop Album charts. The album sold a million copies in its first week and became certified platinum in 1994. To date, Snoop Dogg has released 17 studio albums, four collaborative albums, 25 mixtapes, and 173 singles. He’s had over 14 top ten singles on the Billboard Hot 100 and sold over 35 million albums worldwide.
DJ Snoopadelic is Snoop’s DJ moniker. His sets typically include classic R&B hits and a selection of his own songs. He’s stated in previous interviews that performing as DJ Snoopadelic gives him the chance to play all types of music that he likes for people.
In addition to his upcoming DJ sets, Snoop also featured on the track — 3 Kings by Joe Young and Massaka. The song dropped on February 9, 2020. Check out the video below:
